Christian Union

The Christian Union at Regent's Park is an engaging, theologically concerned group of friends brought together in the common desire to live and speak for Jesus. Despite the comparatively small size of the college we tend to punch above our weight and offer an interesting range of activities, from "Port, Wine and Cheese evenings", to meals with other college groups. Meeting regularly on Wednesday evenings for a main 8pm meeting and on Friday mornings for prayer breakfasts. We aim to cater for Christians of all denominations. If you are looking for fellowship or are curious about what our faith has to offer, do feel free to come along (and bring cake). Regent's CU can really make a difference and show faith in action and we, as your CU 'reps', want to welcome you to join us this year and discover how the Christian Union might allow you to share and express your faith. We also try to keep in mind God's global heart, and our iTeam member is here to help keep our focus on that, and to support and welcome international and visiting students.

Regent's as a college has quite a strong Christian influence and there is also a college chapel service which takes place on Friday evenings before Formal Hall which is a great opportunity for members of all three common rooms to worship together.

All Christian activities in college are strictly optional and whichever faith you have, or if you have none, you will find that there is a strong sense of community at Regent's that you won't always find at other colleges.

If you have any questions about CU in Regent's please get in touch, we'd love to hear from you!
